What happens to the data on my old devices?
Data-bearing equipment is directed through a secure destruction process, including shredding as part of downstream material recovery.
Do you offer equipment pickup?
No. We do not provide pickup or transportation services. You are welcome to bring any quantity of accepted electronics to our facility for free recycling. Please call or text to schedule your drop-off appointment.

We follow a zero-landfill policy and prioritize reuse and responsible materials recovery. Reusable equipment may be returned to service, while other items are sorted and processed through downstream recycling facilities. Potentially toxic equipment is not dismantled on site.
Can I ship equipment or recycle items from out of state?
Yes. We accept equipment from out-of-state customers and can receive shipments. Please call (860) 632-0111 before shipping to coordinate the details.
Is there a tax benefit for recycling equipment?
